Vector artwork is required.
Every order needs production-ready vector artwork: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. A file extension alone does not confirm that the artwork is vector.
Why does the file format matter?
PNG, JPG and GIF files are made from pixels. A PDF can also contain only a picture. Enlarging that artwork can soften edges or make the image look pixelated. Vector paths keep the shapes sharp at the required size; we confirm color references separately.
Start by asking your original designer, athletic department or district communications office for the vector file.
No vector file? We can create it.
Our in-house creative studio can rebuild your logo for large-format production. The service is priced by the work required.
Level 1 — Basic
Simple logos with clean shapes, few colors and a usable original. Mostly tracing and light cleanup.
Level 2 — Standard
Moderate detail, multiple colors, text or outlines that need rebuilding, or an original that needs noticeable cleanup.
Level 3 — Complex
Detailed mascots, shading, fine linework or a low-quality original that needs substantial redrawing.

Product details & ordering.
Add durable custom logos to compatible dumbbell ends, bumper and Olympic plate faces, and barbell end caps—even after purchase and use. Our engineered graphic system uses bonding selected for the approved surface. Solid black oval, square or rectangular backings support the artwork, simplify installation and give fine details lasting support.
What’s included?
Scope and quote first; coordinated application layouts after your order or purchase order is accepted. You approve the artwork before production. Your applications include written self-installation and care guides. Proofs are for approval, not outside printing. Weights, barbells and replacement end caps are not included.
How do we confirm the fit?
Print the size and placement guide at 100% Actual size and check the one-inch scale. Compare the complete backing shape on the usable face, keeping weight markings, raised lettering, holes, hubs and contact edges clear. Start up to 1.5 inches for dumbbell logos and 2.5 inches for plate logos; larger sizes need review. Send manufacturer, model, photos, dimensions and counts for each equipment size.
What artwork should I send?

How does installation work?
Follow the written guide supplied for your application. Equipment graphics are designed for staff self-installation; large court projects require an agreed installation plan. Installation & care.
Do you use the same material for every surface?
No. The graphic construction and proprietary bonding formulation are selected for the application. Rubber flooring, finished wood, sports vinyl and equipment finishes call for different considerations. MonsterMag is a separate magnetic application for compatible magnet-receptive equipment surfaces.
