BEFORE YOU ORDER

Artwork, mockups & installation.

Vector artwork is required.

Every order needs production-ready vector artwork: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. A file extension alone does not confirm that the artwork is vector.

Why does the file format matter?

PNG, JPG and GIF files are made from pixels. A PDF can also contain only a picture. Enlarging that artwork can soften edges or make the image look pixelated. Vector paths keep the shapes sharp at the required size; we confirm color references separately.

Start by asking your original designer, athletic department or district communications office for the vector file.

No vector file? We can create it.

Our in-house creative studio can rebuild your logo for large-format production. The service is priced by the work required.

Level 1 — Basic

Simple logos with clean shapes, few colors and a usable original. Mostly tracing and light cleanup.

Level 2 — Standard

Moderate detail, multiple colors, text or outlines that need rebuilding, or an original that needs noticeable cleanup.

Level 3 — Complex

Detailed mascots, shading, fine linework or a low-quality original that needs substantial redrawing.

Send us your best file. We explain the recommended level, scope and price, and get your approval before work begins.

When you purchase vector recreation, you receive the completed vector file for future use.

FROM ARTWORK TO YOUR FLOOR

Self-installation,
with written guidance.

Many standard floor and platform logos can be self-installed. Start with the right surface and the directions for your product.

01

Prepare.

Confirm your surface and read the instructions supplied for your specific logo. Clean and dry the area; check the intended placement before removing the backing.

02

Position.

Measure the clear area and center your mascot. Keep the placement clear of seams, rack feet and any features identified during application review.

03

Apply.

Follow the supplied sequence for backing removal, pressure, rolling and any required heat. The method depends on the approved product and surface.

04

Care.

Use the recommended neutral cleaner. Avoid soaking, power scrubbers and dragging equipment. Do not bend or roll branded rubber platforms without guidance.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Your questions, answered.

Are you selling the platform or the logo?

The logo application. Flooring, platforms, wood inserts, weights and machines shown in imagery are not included.

Can I refresh a logo I already have?

Yes, replacement-logo projects can be reviewed. Send a photo of the existing graphic and surface finish. Covering or removing an old graphic is not assumed; the preparation plan is confirmed for your project.

Do I need finished artwork to start?

Every order needs production-ready AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. Send your best file for review. If it needs rebuilding, we quote the work and get your approval first. When you purchase vector recreation, you receive the completed vector file for future use.

What do you need to confirm my application?

The surface product and finish, photographs, available logo area, intended use and quantity. Tell us about spikes, skate blades, equipment movement or other concentrated wear so suitability can be reviewed.

Can a school use a purchase order?

Schools may pay in advance or use an official school or district purchase order. Include the quoted products, billing entity, delivery address and purchasing contact. We confirm the order before custom design begins.

Are floor logos always cut around the mascot?

Standard smaller applications use a solid background shape, with black ovals, squares or rectangles supporting fine details. Large identity graphics can use a different outline and sectional layout after artwork review. Illustrations of large mascots do not define the cut shape of a smaller order.

How large can an identity graphic be?

Projects can include a logo about 52 inches wide, a two-piece layout approaching 100 inches wide by 120 inches tall, or a larger multi-piece installation. These are project examples, not a size promise for every surface. We review scale, artwork proportions, seams and placement for center-court, middle-room and locker-room applications.
