How we select your floor application
Your floor’s composition, texture and finish guide the application we specify. Share the flooring product, photos and intended use; we select the appropriate construction and provide its installation and care guide. This includes compatible new and existing floors.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Artwork, mockups & installation.
Vector artwork is required.
Every order needs production-ready vector artwork: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. A file extension alone does not confirm that the artwork is vector.
Why does the file format matter?
PNG, JPG and GIF files are made from pixels. A PDF can also contain only a picture. Enlarging that artwork can soften edges or make the image look pixelated. Vector paths keep the shapes sharp at the required size; we confirm color references separately.
Start by asking your original designer, athletic department or district communications office for the vector file.
No vector file? We can create it.
Our in-house creative studio can rebuild your logo for large-format production. The service is priced by the work required.
Level 1 — Basic
Simple logos with clean shapes, few colors and a usable original. Mostly tracing and light cleanup.
Level 2 — Standard
Moderate detail, multiple colors, text or outlines that need rebuilding, or an original that needs noticeable cleanup.
Level 3 — Complex
Detailed mascots, shading, fine linework or a low-quality original that needs substantial redrawing.

Can you make a custom center-court mascot?
Yes. We supply custom mascot and logo applications for reviewed basketball and volleyball gym floors. The quote covers the graphic application and agreed guidance; court construction and refinishing are separate.
Can we replace an existing court logo?
Send photos of the current graphic, the floor finish and the surrounding playing lines. We confirm whether removal or other preparation is required before specifying a replacement.
How large can the court graphic be?
The available court area, artwork proportions and playing-line layout determine the finished dimensions. Large mascots can be planned as multiple sections, with seams and installation addressed in the project scope.
What flooring details do you need?
Provide the floor manufacturer, material, coating or finish, condition and photos. Include intended sports, cleaning practices, installation date and any unusual contact or traffic.
What artwork should we send?
Every order needs production-ready AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. Send your best file for review. If it needs rebuilding, we quote the work and get your approval first. When you purchase vector recreation, you receive the completed vector file for future use.
Can our school purchase by PO?
Schools may pay in advance or use an official school or district purchase order. Include the quoted products, billing entity, delivery address and purchasing contact. We confirm the order before custom design begins.
When do we approve the design?
After your order or purchase order is accepted, we prepare the layouts within the approved scope. Production begins only after acceptable artwork and the final application layout are approved.
